OUR HISTORY
From 1977 to the present day, Mirazeite has more than 40 years of history and a strong presence in the olive oil and edible oil market, especially internationally.
1977
Avelino Simões creates the Mirazeite facilities in Lisbon, with the main purpose of supplying restaurants and small commercial surfaces.
1982
Beginning of the export focus. Mirazeite begins exporting Bom Dia brand products to Brazil and Angola.
1996
After a decade, Mirazeite continues to grow and expand its markets, exporting to new countries, such as the United States, Cape Verde and Canada, with new brands, namely Ouro da Terra and Imperial.
1999
Participation in several world food fairs, such as ANUGA, SIAL, 3rd Cape Verde International Fair, consolidating its presence on all continents.
2010
Acquisition of a production facility for plastic bottles, in PET, in Tomar, guaranteeing total autonomy in PET bottles and allowing a great versatility of products for the future.
2016
Mirazeite continues to grow, so there was the need to create new facilities, with modern and innovative equipment, in Arruda dos Vinhos, in order to respond to this growth.
2018
In order to remain modern and current, Mirazeite's brand was rebranded. New design, new logo, but the quality of always.
